Strong candidates with equivalent depth of experience will also be considered.\nStrong production experience with Golang, React and TypeScript, including component architecture, hooks, state\nmanagement, forms, testing and frontend performance.\nStrong backend development experience in at least one modern language and framework, with evidence of designing and\noperating APIs and services in production.\nSolid system-design fundamentals: service boundaries, scalability, reliability, consistency, caching, concurrency, failure\nmodes and pragmatic trade-offs.\nExperience with asynchronous processing, messaging or event streaming, including retry, ordering, duplicate handling and\noperational monitoring.\nCloud-native delivery experience on Azure or an equivalent platform, including containers, CI/CD, configuration and secrets\nmanagement, observability and production troubleshooting.\nDemonstrated testing discipline across unit, integration, contract and end-to-end levels, with sensible use of test automation\nrather than reliance on manual verification.\nStrong written and verbal communication.
