We take pride in our work, respond to what the business needs and work together to keep our sites working at their best.\n\nWhy This Role Matters\nWhy the role exists\nAs a Driver & Warehouse Operative, you’ll help keep our Netherlands operations connected by moving stock, equipment, supplies and colleagues safely and efficiently between our sites and local transport hubs.\nA big part of your role will be driving, making sure the right people and items get to the right place at the right time. When you’re not on the road, you’ll support our Logistics and Operations teams with the practical work needed to keep stock moving through our sites.\nThis is a hands-on role that involves regular loading, unloading and movement of boxes, stock and equipment. You’ll work independently while driving and as part of the wider team on site, adapting your day as operational priorities change.\nBy keeping transport reliable and stock moving safely, you’ll help our teams work efficiently and keep valuable pre-loved items moving through our operation.\nWhat success looks like\nStock, equipment and supplies reach the right location safely and on time.\nColleagues receive a safe, reliable and friendly transport service between agreed locations.\nVehicles are checked, clean, safe and ready to use when needed.\nStock is loaded, unloaded and moved carefully and efficiently, with items reaching the correct location.\nWarehouse and logistics areas remain organised, accessible and safe.\nTransport schedules, vehicle checks and required records are completed accurately and on time.\nYou adapt to changing operational priorities and support the areas where you’re needed most.\nKey Responsibilities\nWhat You’ll Do\nTransport\nDrive safely between our Netherlands sites, transporting stock, equipment and supplies so they reach the right teams when needed.\nTransport colleagues safely and reliably between agreed local transport hubs and our sites.\nPlan efficient routes using GPS and navigation tools, adapting to traffic, collections and changing operational priorities.\nSecure stock and equipment correctly before transport, handling items carefully throughout their journey.\nCoordinate collections and deliveries with colleagues and external suppliers to keep planned movements running smoothly.\nWarehouse & Logistics\nLoad and unload vehicles safely and efficiently, taking care when handling stock and equipment.\nMove boxes, stock and equipment between vehicles, warehouses and work areas so operational teams have what they need.\nOrganise stock in designated areas so it remains safe, accessible and easy for teams to locate.\nUse pallet trucks, forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely when trained and authorised to do so.\nSupport daily stock movements and wider warehouse priorities when additional capacity is needed.\nKeep warehouse and logistics areas clean, organised and clear so people and stock can move around the site safely.\nOperational Excellence\nComplete required vehicle checks before driving, making sure vehicles are safe and ready to use.\nReport vehicle faults, damage or maintenance requirements promptly so issues can be resolved before they affect operations.\nMaintain accurate records of vehicle checks, journeys and maintenance where required.\nOrganise your workload around transport, delivery and collection schedules so agreed movements happen on time.\nAdapt your priorities throughout the day, moving between driving and warehouse responsibilities as operational needs change.\nRaise recurring transport, stock movement or operational issues and share practical ideas that could make the process safer or more efficient.\nSafety & Compliance\nFollow road safety, manual-handling and workplace safety requirements at all times.\nCheck that stock, equipment and other goods are loaded and secured correctly before every journey.\nUse vehicles and warehouse equipment only when appropriately trained and authorised.\nReport accidents, damage, hazards and safety concerns promptly and follow the appropriate reporting procedures.\nMaintain any licences, training or certifications required to safely perform the role.\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\nWhat You’ll Bring\nEssential\nExperience in driving, logistics, warehousing or another hands-on operational role.\nA strong understanding of road safety and safe driving practices.\nAbility to handle and move stock and equipment carefully and safely.\nGood organisation and time management skills, with the ability to work to agreed schedules.\nA reliable and flexible approach, with the ability to adapt when operational priorities change.\nClear and friendly communication skills when working with colleagues and external suppliers.\nAbility to work confidently and responsibly when driving independently and as part of a team when working on site.\nAbility to carry out the practical requirements of the role, including regular movement around the site and handling and moving boxes, stock and equipment.\nAbility to follow transport, warehouse and safety procedures consistently.\nHelpful\nExperience driving regularly between multiple operational sites.\nExperience handling vintage, fragile or high-value goods.\nExperience using stock or warehouse management systems.\nForklift or other material-handling certification.\nExperience working in a busy logistics or warehouse environment.\nQualifications\nA valid Dutch driving
