business performance reporting\nProduce high-quality board and all-hands materials that drive alignment and decision-making\nIdentify and communicate key trends, risks, and opportunities across the business\nImprove reporting efficiency and clarity through continuous process enhancements\nBuild strong cross-functional relationships to enable better data-driven decisions\nKey Responsibilities\nKey Responsibilities:\nAnalyse business performance data and translate it into clear, actionable insights\nCreate and own board decks, leadership reports, and all-hands presentations\nPartner with teams across the business to gather inputs and shape narratives\nSupport strategic projects and deep-dives into key business areas\nImprove reporting frameworks, templates, and processes\nEnsure accuracy, consistency, and clarity across all outputs\n Essential Skills & Experience:\n~5 years’ experience in Strategy, Consulting, or a similar business-facing role\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and synthesise data\nExcellent storytelling and presentation skills (especially in slides)\nExperience working with senior stakeholders and presenting insights clearly\nHighly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities\nAdvanced Excel / Google Sheets skills\nProficiency with BI tools, with Sigma being a plus\nA proactive, curious mindset, always asking “why?” and “what
