The domain has 8 cross-functional teams.\nThis role leads the Moderation Platform team. When content is flagged by our detection systems or reported by members but can't be actioned automatically, it goes to people for review. Hundreds of moderators use the platform every day to review these items, messages and accounts, and to decide members' appeals.\nThe full cross-functional team is around 14 people today and will grow to about 20.
