Today, our headquarters remain in Vilnius, and we've grown with offices across Europe, supported by a team of over 2,000 people. \nInformation about the position \nAs Regulatory Compliance Manager you will support the Head of Compliance in running the compliance function of Vinted Pay Limited. You will own the compliance monitoring programme, keep our policies and procedures current as the rules change, advise colleagues on what those rules mean in practice, and make sure that compliance issues are recorded, escalated and closed.\nYou will report to the Head of Compliance and act on their behalf in their absence. This is a second line of defence role: you operate independently of business and commercial decision-making and carry no revenue or sales targets.\nIn this position, you’ll \nSupport the Head of Compliance in running the compliance function\nParticipate in implementation and periodical review of the compliance monitoring programme, and carry out monitoring activities, control testing and effectiveness reviews.\nIdentify and assess compliance risks across the company and put proportionate measures in place to mitigate them.\nRun regulatory horizon scanning and work out what regulatory developments mean for us in practice, then see the required changes through.\nDraft, review and maintain the compliance policies and procedures so that they keep pace with legal and regulatory change.\nTake part in the New Product Approval Process and advise colleagues on how applicable requirements apply to a specific product, process or initiative.\nRegister and manage compliance incidents and remediation actions, and run the escalation process and the regulatory requirements register.\nOwn the conflicts of interest framework, and organise and deliver compliance training.\nRespond to regulatory requests, and support the Head of Compliance in audits and inspections and in reporting to Committees and the Board of Directors.\nAbout you \nHave solid experience in a regulatory compliance function, preferably within a payment institution, electronic money institution, bank or another regulated financial institution.\nIn-depth knowledge of EMRs, PSRs and FCA requirements that apply to electronic money institutions, including Consumer Duty, Operational Resilience, Safeguarding and AML/CTF requirements\nDemonstrated ability to build and run a compliance monitoring programme and to turn regulatory change into concrete internal action.\nAble to advise the business in plain language.\nComfortable working independently and making informed decisions under time pressure.\nHave strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and clear written communication.\nHigh ethical standards and integrity.\nFluency in English, both written and spoken.\nA degree in law, finance, business administration or a related field.\nAdvantage: ICA or CAMS certification.\nWork perks \nThe opportunity to benefit from our share options programme\n25 working days of holiday\nAccess to all the tools & tech needed for work\nHome office support: we provide IT workstation equipment and a personal budget of up to €540 for home workplace furniture\nPrivate health insurance\nPension plan with flexible contribution options and a matching contribution from Vinted\nConfidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for you and your family\nFrequent team-building events\nA personal monthly budget for shopping on Vinted\nA dog-friendly office\nIn Vilnius office: gym & in-house meals at friendly prices\nIn Kaunas office: a monthly lunch allowance, and a once-a-week provided in-house lunch and breakfast\nWorking at Vinted \nWorkation policy \nBetter balance holidays with workdays by working remotely!
