You will evaluate the operational impact of new initiatives, support effective workload planning, and drive improvements in resource allocation and workload management.\nIn this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Trust & Safety Operations, Trust Product, Workforce Management, and Vendor Management to develop processes and guidelines that balance business priorities, moderator experience, and operational feasibility.\nThis position requires strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
