Today, our headquarters remain in Vilnius, and we've grown with offices across Europe, supported by a team of over 2,000 people. \nInformation about the position \nWe’re hiring a Backend engineer to join the Quality Engineering team at Vinted Platform unit. Our team mission is to deliver tooling and golden paths for effective quality assurance across Vinted.\nOur team has recently enabled the organization to completely change how they automate Frontend tests, delivering the necessary infrastructure and handing it over to the Frontend developers. We are currently focusing on how to take Backend testing to the next level, in parallel to the company’s ongoing modularization initiative and edge deployments, and AI testing harness. We also work on collecting and displaying quality metrics in a way that’s useful both to leadership and to engineering. We own quite a few tools used in Vinted’s quality assurance. Some of them are built by us in-house (e.g. test reporting and flaky test management, test app distribution) and have received very positive feedback from the engineers!
