AI tools are already in the hands of our engineers. Early signals are strong. What doesn't yet exist is a platform: a coherent, managed foundation that connects tooling, workflows, and measurement that every team can rely on.\nThis role exists to build that. You'll set the strategy, influence the roadmap, drive delivery, and make AI impact visible through metrics that matter to the business - not vanity numbers.
