escalate matches immediately\n\nHandle shareholder and issuer support: account inquiries, lost-holder cases, certificate replacements\n\nOwn recurring SEC compliance reporting (Rules 17Ad-2/17Ad-6/17Ad-17, DTCC CBRS, escheatment)\n\nLead proxy season, paying agency, and corporate actions execution\n\nOwn new-issuer onboarding: appointment packages, DTC agent-change notices, legacy record ingestion\n\nWrite and maintain SOPs; drive process improvement and automation with engineering\n\nRole Requirements\n10+ years in securities or transfer agency operations (global transfer agent, Indian RTA, asset manager, or bank securities-services center)\n\nProven experience building and leading operations teams from scratch\n\nDeep respect for written procedure; judgment to escalate when a case doesn't fit it\n\nBachelor's degree in commerce, finance, accounting, or a related field\n\nStrong data skills: Excel/Sheets, unfamiliar file formats; basic scripting a plus\n\nExpert user of Claude or an equivalent AI assistant\n\nMeticulous attention to detail and clear written English\n\nReliability against hard cutoffs;
