The role bridges three customer groups: Vinyl operators, issuers/shareholders, and market partners (DTC, law firms, banks, Broadridge). You'll set product direction alongside engineers without direct management responsibility. The role requires in-office presence at least three days weekly at the West Loop headquarters.\nKey Responsibilities\nMake Vinyl's operations AI-native. Build baseline metrics on operator effort, then apply human-in-the-loop AI to ingestion, mapping, support triage, and operator copilots\n\nOwn the requirements pipeline. Convert operator and issuer needs into build-ready specifications capturing domain facts, edge cases, and clear recommendations\n\nShip self-serve experiences for issuers and shareholders. Develop reporting, exports, and status views\n\nExtend the platform to next workflows: tender offers, escheatment, unclaimed property, and disbursements\n\nInstrument real-time visibility and accountability across multi-party processes\n\nDesign correctness and controls into the product: invariants, maker-checker approvals, and audit trails\n\nRole Requirements\n7+ years in product, program, or technical operations\n\nHands-on AI/ML deployment experience in product or operations contexts\n\nStrong technical foundation: code literacy, integration understanding, model evaluation capability\n\nTrack record designing correctness and controls in regulated or high-stakes domains\n\nDemonstrated ability reducing manual operational load without unnecessary process complexity\n\nProven ability measuring business impact and collaborating asynchronously\n\nNice to Haves\nFintech, regtech, or compliance-heavy environment experience\n\nFamiliarity with ReactJS,
