the organization.\nKey Responsibilities\nAct as the first point of contact for IT-related issues through the corporate service desk ticketing system.\nProvide first-level technical support to end users, both remotely and on-site.\nInstall, configure, and maintain computer systems, hardware, and applications.\nMonitor and manage support requests, ensuring timely resolution.\nDiagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues in cooperation with Network and Systems Engineering team.\nMaintain a high level of user satisfaction through effective communication and support.\nTake ownership of incidents through to resolution or escalate when necessary.\nSupport software design, development, and maintenance to meet business needs.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent (IEK, Technical Lyceum).\nGood command of English (both written and spoken).\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nFamiliarity with ITIL processes and general IT service management practices.\nStrong troubleshooting skills in Microsoft client environments (Windows, Office).\nExperience supporting PC hardware, peripherals, and mobile devices.\nBasic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS).\nBasic knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Windows Server, SQL).\nNice to Have\nKnowledge of Hyper-V virtualization.\nExperience with SAP client-side support.\nExperience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.\nExposure to software development practices (e.g., test-driven development).\nFamiliarity with databases (MS SQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite).\nAdditional Requirements\nMinimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a production-oriented environment.\nResidency in the wider Viotia region.\nWhat We
