At our factory located near Thiva, we operate aluminium coatings lines and supportive functions.\nWe are looking for\nSenior Maintenance Engineer\nto join our team in our plant at Thiva, Viotia.\nJob Purpose\nWe are seeking an experienced Maintenance Senior Engineer to lead maintenance activities and ensure the reliability, availability and continuous improvement of the plant's production equipment.\nThe successful candidate will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities, support technical investment projects, drive equipment performance improvements and lead the maintenance team.\nThis role offers the opportunity to contribute to the plant's long-term technical development within a modern industrial environment.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs. \nEnsure the prompt and effective resolution of mechanical, electrical and automation breakdowns. \nMonitor equipment reliability and production downtime, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions. \nLead maintenance technicians and contractors, ensuring high performance and continuous development. \nParticipate in technical investment and modernization projects. \nCoordinate equipment installations, upgrades and commissioning activities. \nManage spare parts inventory and maintenance-related procurement requirements. \nMonitor maintenance KPIs and prepare technical reports. \nRecommend and implement process improvement initiatives to increase productivity and equipment availability. \nEnsure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental standards.\nQualifications\nMandatory\nDegree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering.\nMinimum 6 years of experience in industrial maintenance.\nExperience in leading maintenance teams.\nExperience in preventive maintenance systems and troubleshooting.\nGood understanding of automation and industrial control systems.\nExcellent command of English.\nPreferred\nExperience in continuous process industry.\nExperience inmanufacturing environments such as metals, chemicals, paints or heavy manufacturing.\nProject management experience.\nKnowledge of SAP PM will be considered an asset.\nSkills\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExceptionaldecision-making ability\nStrong communication and leadership abilities to work cross-functionally\nAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively\nBenefits\nCompetitive compensation package and performance-related benefits \nPrivate health insurance plan \nContinuous training and professional development opportunities \nDynamic and modern industrial working environment\nOur people are the key to our success.
