With years of experience in aluminium rolling division, it is one of the most important aluminium industries in the European and international markets.
Position Purpose
We are seeking a highly motivated Production Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient manufacturing processes, supervising production personnel, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Accountabilities
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, industry regulations, and company policies
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety
- Develop and implement improvements to equipment, workflow, and production systems
- Supervise, and coordinate production team, ensuring tasks are completed according to daily plans and operational priorities
- Design, evaluate, and modify mechanical components or systems to improve production performance
- Prepare technical documentation, process instructions, and equipment specifications
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues on production lines and provide immediate technical support
- Support installation, testing, commissioning, and validation of new production equipment
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency and downtime
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Maintenance, R&D, Supply Chain) to support operational goals
Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma in the field of Mechanical Engineering (5 years degree)
- Experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred
- Very good knowledge of English language & MS Office
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, automation, and industrial equipment
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
