You'll use accounting software proficiently, communicate\neffectively, and resolve discrepancies. Your adaptability, ethical integrity, and problem-\nsolving abilities will be crucial, and any certifications or industry knowledge you bring will\nbe valuable. Your responsibilities may include financial analysis, tax preparation, and\naudit support, all contributing to our financial success\nResponsibilities\nSet up, review and pay vendors and misc office expense bills.\nBook and reconcile bank transactions. Communicate with bank and vendors to\nsolve issues and discrepancies.\nManage, book and reconcile business credit card transactions. Collect receipts\nfrom the account managers.\nReview and process employee travel expenses.\nReceive and reconcile customer payments and other payments.\nJournal entries and account reconciliations in Quickbooks.\nAssist in invoice processing and collections.\nAssist in the preparation of financial reports.\nAssist with maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.\nAssist with the development and updating of accounting processes.\nAssist in annual auditing and ad-hoc projects.\nOther job duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nBA/BS degree majoring in Accounting or related fields.\nProficient with Microsoft Offices, strong in Excel.\nGeneral knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)\nDetail-oriented and accurate data entry skills.\nAn organized, self-motivated team player.\nClear oral and written communication skills.\nAbility to keep confidentiality and maintain high level of integrity.\nExperience with Quickbooks/NetSuite is preferred but not required.\n5-7 years of accounting related experience is preferred but not required.\nOur ideal candidate needs to be meticulous in their work to ensure accuracy in financial\nrecords and reports.
