We offer great working conditions in a multinational environment, in a dynamic and fast-growing company.\nKey Duties & Responsibilities\nKeep purchasing records up to date with new orders, ensuring that the team has clear and accurate information\nCreate purchase orders and enter shipment information into the company’s ERP system\nArrange and book shipments with shipping companies through their online platforms, ensuring all bookings are completed within the required deadlines\nCheck shipment booking confirmations and ensure that all information is correct. Request any necessary changes or corrections from the shipping company\nCoordinate with suppliers and shipping companies to ensure that goods are delivered to the port on time and address any issues that could cause delays\nProvide suppliers with all the documents and information required for each shipment, including purchase orders, regulatory documents and loading instructions\nClearly communicate important shipment requirements to suppliers, such as booking deadlines, container marking requirements and required loading photos\nMonitor shipments on a daily basis and provide regular updates to the responsible manager, highlighting any important issues, delays or changes\nWork closely with the teams responsible for shipment documentation and order completion to ensure that all required information and documents are complete and that shipments are processed on time\nQualifications & Competencies\nDegree in Logistics or Business Administration, or any other related field\nAt least 2 years of experience in a similar position in shipping industry or/and truck transportation\nExcellent knowledge of English, proficient level is necessary\nVery good knowledge of Microsoft Office\nCustomer-centric approach\nCritical thinking skills\nAbility to perform under pressure and deadlines\nWhat we offer\nPrivate health insurance\nCorporate equipment\nHybrid working mode - working from home for some days of the week\nContinuous training and opportunities for professional and personal development\nExcellent working conditions in a multinational environment\nWellness & psychological support service\nCompensation TransparencyThe salary range for this position will be shared with candidates before the interview stage, in line with current pay transparency legislation (Law 5316/2026).Equal Opportunities\nVIPA is an equal opportunity employer.
