At Vira, you can change that.\nAs a Clinical Educator in our Member Zone, you'll spend focused, meaningful time with members - helping them understand their health concerns, make sense of the science, and walk into their next medical appointment feeling informed and prepared. These are 15-30 minute virtual education sessions: no clinical evaluation, no prescribing, no ongoing management- just the kind of clear, unhurried conversation that's rare in today's healthcare system.\nThis role is ideal for an experienced clinician who is passionate about health literacy, disease prevention, and empowering people to make informed decisions - and who wants a flexible, part-time engagement with real growth potential as our global platform expands.\nTime Commitment \nInitial opportunities start at 4 hours per month, with the potential to increase involvement based on member demand, country expansion and performance. Hours are flexible with the expectation that there will be some availability for live member sessions in the geographies where there is demand for individual clinical education sessions.\nKey Responsibilities\nMember Education & Support\nConduct virtual clinical education-only calls with members on health topics within your areas of familiarity including fertility, hormonal health, pregnancy, menopause, family health, and men's health. Because no provider-patient relationship is formed, there are no licensing or accreditation limitations or costs.\n\nLead group webinars and workshops, in your area(s) of deep expertise with the support of Vira’s staff.\n\nRespond to general health questions via asynchronous messaging on a non-urgent basis\n\nProvide evidence-based health information, lifestyle guidance, and self-management strategies\n\nIn collaboration with Vira Care Advocates (Navigator/Coaches), guide members on finding clinical care and facilitate appropriate referrals\n\nContent Development & Clinical Quality\nCreate Member Zone educational content including articles, care plans, videos, and webinar materials\n\nReview existing content for clinical accuracy, pertinent new evidence and practice guidelines\n\nDevelop educational materials that are culturally sensitive and appropriate for audiences with diverse backgrounds and from diverse geographies\n\nCollaborate with Vira resources to validate the translation of complex medical information into member-friendly content\n\nEnsure all educational materials comply with regulatory requirements across markets\n\nQuality & Collaboration\nParticipate in clinical quality improvement initiatives\n\nContribute to development of clinical pathways and member education protocols\n\nCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams including other clinicians, product, and operations\n\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation & Licensure:\nRegistered Nurse (RN), Registered/Certified Midwife (RM, CNM), Medical Doctor, Physician Assistant, Clinical Psychologist or equivalent licensed healthcare professional qualification\n\nCurrent active license/registration in good standing in country of practice\n\nExperience:\nMinimum 3 years clinical experience in women's health (OB/GYN, maternal health, reproductive health, menopause care, or related specialty) in Greece\n\nExperience with virtual/telehealth platforms and remote patient engagement\n\nSkills & Competencies:\nGreek speaking to professional level\n\nStrong knowledge of women's health across the lifespan (fertility through menopause)\n\nExcellent communication skills with ability to explain complex medical concepts in plain language\n\nCultural humility and a genuine commitment to health equity\n\nComfortable working independently in a remote environment\n\nProficiency with digital health platforms, video conferencing tools,\n\nStrong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience creating digital health content or e-learning materials\n\nMulti-lingual capabilities (French, Arabic, German, Chinese, Japanese, Hindi, Dutch, or Spanish particularly valued)\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nCompetitive hourly rate (commensurate with experience and location)\n\nFlexible scheduling and remote work\n\nProfessional development opportunities and continuing education support\n\nOpportunity to shape clinical education strategy for a growing global platform\n\nSchedule & Flexibility\nInitial engagements start at 4 hours per month, with the opportunity to increase based on member demand, performance, and geographic expansion.
