you'll design, build, and ship modern web applications powered by AI.\nYou'll work across the complete product lifecycle - from building intuitive frontend experiences to architecting scalable backend closely with Product, Design, AI, and Engineering teams.\nWhat You'll Do\nFull Stack Development\n Build, test, and deploy production-ready features across frontend and backend. \n Own features from technical design through deployment and continuous improvement. \n Translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions. \n Balance speed, quality, security, and maintainability. \nFrontend Engineering\n Build responsive applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. \n Develop reusable and accessible UI components. \n Optimize application performance, rendering, and user experience. \n Implement dashboards, workflows, forms, and real-time interfaces. \nBackend Development\n Design and develop scalable REST and GraphQL APIs. \n Build secure standards, testing, and documentation. \n Collaborate with Product, Design, and AI teams to deliver impactful solutions. \nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired Skills & Experience\n 3-5 years of professional Full Stack development experience. \n Strong expertise in TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js. \n Experience building and maintaining production web applications. \n Strong understanding of React architecture, rendering, and state management. \n Hands-on experience with Next.js App Router, Server Components, Server Actions, and API Routes. \n Experience designing and consuming REST APIs (GraphQL is a plus). \n Strong SQL and relational database knowledge. \n Experience with PostgreSQL, Supabase, MongoDB, or similar databases. \n Experience deploying applications on AWS, Vercel, or similar cloud platforms. \n Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, testing, and code reviews. \n Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and application security. \n Ability to independently own features from requirements to production. \nNice to Have\n Experience building AI-powered products. \n Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, or vector databases.
