Functional Excellence — Member Service\nYou keep the club running behind the scenes — ensuring spaces are clean, safe, well-presented and always member-ready, including safe supervision of aquatic areas where required.\nKey accountabilities include:\nMaintain high presentation standards across all member areas, including changerooms, gym floor, studios, pool and shared spaces \nComplete cleaning, restocking and reset routines consistently and to standard \nEnsure amenities are always stocked, clean and ready for use \nSupport smooth class changeovers, keeping spaces prepared and on time \nIdentify and action presentation issues quickly \nFollow all safety, hygiene and operational procedures\nWork efficiently across shifts to maintain a consistently high standard throughout the day \nTake pride in the details — noticing what others might miss and acting on it \nWork closely with all departments to to support a seamless member experience\nAcquatics (where applicable):\nProvide active and vigilant supervision of pool areas at all times \nEnsure all safety and lifeguarding protocols are followed, including emergency response procedures \nMaintain required qualifications and remain rescue-ready during all pool shifts \nMonitor pool environment, behaviour and risks, taking immediate action where needed \nSupport a safe, clean and well-presented aquatic environment\n\nTo land this gig… and your ongoing mindset\nYou have >1 year of relevant experience and flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule.\nYou have aligned experience.
