You’ll coach and support the team, drive operational excellence and help create an environment where both team members and members love to spend time.\nLead, coach and develop a high-performing cafe team that delivers genuine, memorable service.\nCreate a positive and engaging culture where team members feel supported and inspired to grow.\nOversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the cafe runs smoothly, safely and efficiently.\nBring structure, pace and attention to detail to a complex day-to-day cafe operation where the expectations are high and the experience needs to feel effortless.\nManage rostering, labour requirements and daily workflow planning.\nMaintain stock levels, ordering processes and inventory controls.\nMonitor food quality, presentation and service standards to deliver an exceptional experience, every time.\nSupport recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training for new and existing team members.\nDrive sales initiatives and spot opportunities to improve commercial performance.\nManage labour, wastage and stock costs while protecting a premium member experience.\nPartner with the wider club leadership team to create one seamless end-to-end member experience.\nStep into leadership of the cafe when the Store Manager is away.\nMost importantly, you will create a space where members feel welcomed, recognised and cared for, every single day.\n\nAll about you\nYou are a hospitality leader who loves developing people and creating brilliant customer experiences.
