We are looking for a Junior Activities Supervisor to join our Family Activities Team\nRole Type: Part Time\nNumber of hours: 32\nIn this role, you will play a part in helping create a safe, engaging and memorable environment where children can learn, play and thrive while supporting the delivery of exceptional family experiences. You will inspire and support the childcare team, build strong relationships with families, and help maintain the highest standards of care, safety and service across our junior programmes.\nThe Role\nSupport the day-to-day operation of Club V, ensuring a safe, engaging and welcoming environment for children of all ages.\nSupervise and support the childcare team, helping to maintain exceptional standards of care, service and compliance.\nDeliver fun, creative and age-appropriate activities that provide memorable experiences for children and families.\nBuild positive relationships with children, parents and caregivers, creating a trusted and welcoming family environment.\nSupport team training, onboarding and development, acting as a role model for service, safety and operational standards.\nAssist with rota management, team organisation and the smooth running of daily activities.\nEnsure all safeguarding, health and safety, and company policies are followed at all times.\nSupport the Family Activities Manager and confidently lead the team in their absence when required.\nWho We’re Looking For\nMinimum Level 3 qualification in a childcare-related field (Health & Social Care qualifications alone do not meet the requirement).\nPrevious experience working with children in a childcare, nursery, education, leisure or similar environment.\nFriendly, calm and approachable, with the ability to act quickly and effectively in a variety of situations.\nExperience supporting or supervising a team, with a passion for motivating others and creating positive team cultures.\nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills, particularly with children, parents and caregivers.\nStrong organisational skills and attention to detail, with a proactive and solution-focused approach.\nPassionate about creating exceptional experiences for children and families.\nFlexible to work across the club's operating hours, including evenings, weekends and school holidays where required.\nWhat You’ll Get\nThe opportunity to be part of a brand redefining the future of wellness\nA premium environment with industry-leading facilities\nDevelopment and progression opportunities aligned to your level\nAccess to a vibrant, engaged member community\nThe platform to build your career, reputation and impact\nThe Perks\n33 days (including bank holidays) annual leave, plus a Celebration Day and we want you take them\nAccess to The Peoples Pension, with our contributions at 3%.\nComplimentary Virgin Active membership for you and a buddy.
