We are looking for a Group Exercise Coordinator to join our Product Team.\nRole Type: Part Time\nNumber of Hours: 15\nIn this role, you will play a key part in elevating our world-class group exercise programme by delivering an engaging, balanced and commercially strong timetable. You will lead, coach and develop our instructor team, while ensuring consistently high standards across our classes and creating exceptional experiences that inspire members to live an active life.\nThe Role\nSupport the execution and optimisation of a balanced, engaging and commercially strong group exercise timetable.\nDeliver your own classes with energy, creativity and unreasonable hospitality.\nRecruit, audition and onboard high-quality instructors, building a talented and motivated team.\nCoach and develop instructors through regular feedback and professional development opportunities.\nCoordinate workshops, masterclasses and themed events that increase participation and revenue.\nMaintain quality control by auditing sessions and ensuring consistently high standards.\nEnsure all classes are compliant with health & safety and statutory requirements.\nMonitor attendance, occupancy and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.\nAct as a visible ambassador on the gym floor, building strong and genuine member relationships.\nMinimise cancellations and ensure operational excellence across the programme.\nCollaborate with PT, Events and wider club teams to deliver a seamless member experience.\nWho We’re Looking For\nLevel 3 Personal Training and Group Exercise qualification.\nProven experience running a successful group exercise timetable.\nA genuine passion for health, wellness and delivering world-class experiences.\nStrong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse instructor team.\nCommercial awareness and confidence interpreting performance data.\nExcellent organisational skills and attention to detail.\nA proactive, solutions-focused mindset.\nThe ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.\nWhat You’ll Get\nThe opportunity to be part of a brand redefining the future of wellness.\nA premium environment with industry-leading facilities.\nDevelopment and progression opportunities aligned to your level.\nAccess to a vibrant, engaged member community.\nThe platform to build your career, reputation and impact.\nThe Perks\n30 days (including bank holidays) annual leave - and we want you to take them.\nAccess to The Peoples Pension, with our contributions at 3%.\nComplimentary Virgin Active membership for you and a buddy.
