We are looking for Maintenance Manager to join our Maintenance Team.\nRole Type: Full time\nNumber of hours: 40\nIn this role, you will play a part in being responsible for creating and operating a viable and effective preventative maintenance programme for the whole site, including the building shell and surrounding grounds.\nThe Role\nEnsuring that all maintenance problems and queries are dealt with efficiently and effectively.\nGuaranteeing that all maintenance activities are carried out safely and securely, and in line with company policies and procedures and current health and safety legislation.\nMonitoring the basic fixtures and fittings of the building are maintained to the highest standards of order and tidiness at all times.\nAdhering to daily & weekly checks to ensure smooth operation of site, keeping up to date & accurate records.\nDirectly manages the club Maintenance Engineer and organises work rotations and individual assignments.\nManaging the monthly budget for ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of the Club in collaboration with the General Manager and Operation Manager.\nActs as point of contact for all external technicians and companies.\nFulfilling Duty Shifts when required, therefore having responsibility and accountability during the shift, controlling staffing and facility issues throughout the club.\nWho We’re Looking For\nA technical Level 2 qualification of City & Guilds equivalent or higher and 5 years' experience within a relevant sector.\nWhat You’ll Get\nThe opportunity to be part of a brand redefining the future of wellness\nA premium environment with industry-leading facilities\nDevelopment and progression opportunities aligned to your level\nAccess to a vibrant, engaged member community\nThe platform to build your career, reputation and impact\nThe Perks\n33 days (including bank holidays) annual leave, plus a Celebration Day and we want you take them\nAccess to The Peoples Pension, with our contributions at 3%.\nComplimentary Virgin Active membership for you and a buddy.
