We are looking for a Operations Manager to join our Operations Team.\nRole Type: Part Time\nNumber of Hours: 40\nIn this role, you will play a part in you will lead the day-to-day operation of the club, ensuring exceptional standards of safety, cleanliness, presentation and operational excellence at all times. You will develop and inspire a high-performing team, drive compliance and continuous improvement, and create an environment where both members and team members can thrive.\nThe Role\nEnsuring the Team and colleagues adhere to the highest Health & Safety Standards, Brand Standards & Cleanliness in line with the Brand expectations.\nCollaborating with the H&S Advisor and the General Manger to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations and updates.\nBeing proactive in seeking operational interventions to ensure compliance and improve the club’s cleanliness, brand standards and safety levels.\nSupervising and scheduling the activities of the team ensuring Full Time Equivalent and payroll costs are controlled within budget.\nChampioning growth and development of yourself and your team, setting clear objects, expectations and monitoring the team performance throughout the year.
