We are looking for a UK Pilates Lead to join our Product Team.\nRole Type: Permanent\nNumber of Hours: 40\nThe Role\nDevelop and evolve our Mat and Reformer Pilates programmes, ensuring an exceptional member experience.\nSupport club teams and Product Managers in delivering consistent, high-quality Pilates classes.\nDrive participation, occupancy and member engagement through data, app ratings and feedback.\nLead Pilates events, workshops, product launches and digital initiatives.\nCollaborate with internal teams and the Global Pilates team to introduce innovative ideas and improve our offering.\nLead instructor recruitment, onboarding, training and development, building a talented and engaged Pilates community.\nConduct regular club visits, completing at least five audits and instructor assessments each month.\nBuild relationships with industry leaders and stay ahead of trends to strengthen Virgin Active’s position in Pilates.\nWho We’re Looking For\nLevel 3 Mat Pilates qualification with a Reformer Pilates specialism, accredited by a recognised UK certification programme.\nAt least five years Pilates teaching experience, particularly in group instruction.\nProven experience developing successful Pilates programmes and maintaining high coaching standards.\nStrong leadership skills, with experience training, mentoring and developing instructors.\nA data-driven, commercially minded approach to improving participation, performance and member experience.\nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a passion for innovation and delivering world-class experiences.\nFlexibility to work across our Support Office and clubs at least three days per week, with UK travel and occasional weekend working as required.\nOur Perks\n25 days (excluding bank holidays) annual leave, plus a Celebration Day and we want you take them\nAccess to People's pension, with us matching contributions up to 3%.\nComplimentary Virgin Active membership for you and a buddy.
