the Role\n\nWe are seeking a competent, proactive, and results-driven Station Supervisor to oversee daily station operations, ensure excellent customer service, drive sales, and maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n Supervise daily station operations and ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.\n\n Monitor sales performance, identify business opportunities, and implement strategies to increase revenue.\n\n Ensure accurate recording of sales, stock levels, product deliveries, and daily transactions.\n\n Monitor staff attendance, performance, discipline, and productivity.\n\n Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) standards.\n\n Maintain high standards of cleanliness, orderliness, and customer service.\n\n Monitor product inventory and promptly report shortages, discrepancies, equipment faults, and operational issues.\n\n Ensure proper handling of cash, payment records, and station documentation.\n\n Build and maintain strong customer relationships to promote customer acquisition and retention.\n\n Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.\n\n Implement management directives and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.\n\nRequirements and Qualifications\n\n A minimum of HND or B.Sc. in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or a related discipline.\n\n At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in station operations, retail management, or a supervisory role, preferably in the oil and gas industry.\n\n Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\n\n Good knowledge of sales monitoring, inventory control, cash management, and customer relationship management.\n\n Ability to supervise a team, meet sales targets, and work under pressure.\n\n High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.\n\n Proficiency in
