Regular travel between branches is part of the job, and it's how trust gets built.\nIf you want HR work where you can see the difference you make, and people who are glad when you walk through the door, we'd like to meet you.\nWhat You’ll Do\nBe the go-to HR partner on site for employees and managers\nRecruit, hire, and onboard great people for your branches\nCoach managers on performance and resolve employee relations issues\nGuide employees through benefits, leave, and workers’ compensation\nManage DOT compliance for our commercial drivers\nKeep HR records, safety programs, and reporting on track\nWhat You Bring\nWillingness to work ON SITE at multiple branches every week and drive between them (valid Virginia driver’s license and safe driving record required)\nBachelor’s degree, or five years of HR experience in lieu of a degree\nAt least one year of professional office experience - HR experience is a plus, not required\nBilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred\nOrganized, people-focused, and comfortable juggling priorities\nProficiency in Microsoft Office\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive base salary $60,000 - $80,000/year base salary.
