# Compliance Analyst

Job Description The Compliance Analyst supports Virginia Tech's Division of Enterprise, Risk, and Integrity (ERI) by independently applying advanced analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills to support and improve the university's conflicts of interest and commitment (COI/C), compliance and ethics, and privacy programs. This position is responsible for analyzing disclosures, compliance data, processes, and risk information; coordinating initiatives, supporting regulatory projects and updates, maintaining records, and developing program related training, communications, and reports. The Compliance Analyst works independently to evaluate complex or sensitive matters, interpret requirements, develop recommendations, and implement improvements collaboratively with university departments, administrators, faculty, and staff. The position supports and promotes a culture of compliance through institutional risk management efforts, and adherence to applicable federal and state laws, regulations, university policies, and ethical standards.
