The department helps ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, manages legal and regulatory risks, and supports effective corporate governance and risk management practices.\nWorking closely with stakeholders across the organization, the team provides legal advice on corporate, commercial, governance, compliance, and strategic matters, helping to protect the Group’s interests, assets, and reputation while enabling business success. In addition, the position will also involve occasional assignments related to Enterprise Risk Management.\nAbout the Team\nAs a Corporate Law Intern, you will join a team of four professionals in Massy, bringing together the Corporate Legal Affairs and Enterprise Risk Management functions. Reporting directly to Viridien’s Group Head of Corporate Legal Affairs, you will gain hands-on experience in strategic corporate and securities law matters while working closely with internal and external stakeholders in a dynamic international environment;\nKey Responsibilities\nTake part in the preparation of Board of Directors meetings and to the organization of the Company's General Shareholders' Meeting.\nReview and/or drafting of reporting documents required under stock market regulations, particularly the Universal Registration Document (URD).\nParticipate in cross-functional projects involving other departments (Insurance Risk management, Finance, Human Resources, IT, etc.).\nMonitor legal developments, conducting research, drafting memoranda, and carrying out various assignments related to corporate law, corporate governance, and securities law. \nQualifications\nCurrently pursuing a Master's degree (Master’s level, equivalent to a five-year higher education qualification) in Business Law, or you are a student at the Bar School seeking an Individual Educational Project (PPI)\nStrong foundation in business law, corporate law, and securities law.\nInitial experience either within a company or in a law firm\nFluent in both written and spoken French and English\nStrong drafting skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement\nCurious, enthusiastic, and a strong communicator, you are able to work effectively as part of a team while demonstrating rigor\nBenefits\nAn international culture in which the well-being and development of our employees are a top priority\nPEE/PERCO/CET Pension Savings Plan\nAccess to company restaurant with subsidized price\nAccess to benefits from Company works council\nReimbursement of 50% of public transportation card in Ile-de-France region\nLove sports?
