The team is responsible for ensuring that client data is ingested, processed, quality checked, transferred and delivered accurately, securely and on time, often under tight operational and contractual deadlines.\nWe are looking for a Data Management Team Leader to join our HPC team based full-time on-site at the UK HPC Hub. The successful candidate will lead the day-to-day operation of the Data Management team, ensuring an uninterrupted and timely service for internal stakeholders and external client deliverables.\nThe role includes assisting with data input and output tasks, coordinating priorities and resources, overseeing internal staff, setting up and running FTM, STM and TDM jobs, outputting data to LTO, 3590, USB media and NAS boxes, maintaining IBM drives and robotic libraries, and ensuring robust quality control of final data outputs before delivery.\nIn addition to operational delivery, the Team Leader is responsible for developing and maintaining a high-performing team through effective leadership, coaching, performance management and capability development.
