DeRegt is part of Sercel, the Sensing & Monitoring business line of Viridien, an advanced technology, digital and Earth data company.\nJob Summary\nAs Production Planner, you ensure that our medium- and long-term production plans are predictable and achievable. You translate orders and quotations into an integrated plan covering cable production, termination, quality inspections, qualification, testing and warehouse activities. In doing so, you carefully align capacity, materials and delivery dates.\nYou maintain the overall view, identify constraints before they affect progress and bring the right departments together to take corrective action. Through clear analysis and reliable performance data, you help operations and management make well-informed decisions.\nAbout the Team\nYou will work within Supply Chain Planning and collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Purchasing, Work Preparation, Customer Service, Sales and Maintenance. In this central role, you connect commercial commitments with the capabilities of the production floor.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop, maintain and adjust the medium- and long-term production plan for cable production, termination, quality inspections, qualification, testing and warehouse activities.\nCoordinate production capacity by aligning the availability of employees, machines, materials and required maintenance.\nProvide reliable delivery dates for quotations and orders and monitor whether agreed delivery dates can be achieved.\nIdentify planning risks and capacity constraints at an early stage and coordinate appropriate corrective actions with the relevant departments.\nLead the weekly planning review with Production and communicate planning changes and their operational impact to all relevant stakeholders.\nCoordinate with Purchasing and Work Preparation teams to ensure the timely availability of materials, raw materials, components and inventory.\nMaintain accurate order and planning data in the ERP system and ensure that internal and external changes are correctly processed and followed up.\nCollect, analyse and report production and efficiency data, including pre-calculation and post-calculation results, and propose improvements to production efficiency and planning processes.\nQualifications\nRequired\nA completed Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering or a comparable discipline.\nMinimum number of 5 years of relevant experience in production planning within a technical manufacturing or assembly environment.\nStrong knowledge of production planning methods, capacity planning, production and assembly processes and standard production times.\nTechnical understanding and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prepare reliable forecasts and interpret production and efficiency data.\nExperience working with ERP systems and maintaining accurate planning and order information.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.\nKnowledge of relevant company, quality and safety procedures.\nStrong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across Production, Quality, Purchasing, Work Preparation, Customer Service, Sales and Maintenance.\nGood verbal and written command of Dutch and English, at a minimum CEFR B2 level.\nA structured, accurate and proactive working style, with the ability to remain effective when priorities or production circumstances change.\nPreferred\nCPIM certification or comparable knowledge of production and inventory management.\nExperience with Visual Manufacturing or a comparable manufacturing ERP system.\nExperience in planning quality inspections, qualification and testing activities.\nExperience working in an international, technical or project-driven manufacturing organisation.\nBenefits \nCompetitive salary within scale H9 (€3.667 - €5.444 gross pm on full-time 40- hour employment)\n8% holiday allowance\n40 total days off annually: 27 vacation days plus 13 ADV days under the Metalektro Collective Labor Agreement.
