You'll play a pivotal role across the AI development lifecycle - from data ingestion to deployment - ensuring our models are reliable, reproducible, and impactful.\nAbout the Team\nYou’ll be joining a dynamic, globally AI team driving the application of Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic workflows into our digital solutions. Our mission is to translate the latest advancements in AI into real business impact.\nKey Responsibilities\nLLM/NLP Model Development\nDeploy and fine tune LLMs models for domain-specific tasks.\n\nBuild evaluation infrastructure and benchmarking pipelines to compare model performance across multiple datasets and tasks.\n\nApply reinforcement learning, knowledge representation, and automated decision-making to solve complex problems end-to-end.\n\nData Infrastructure\nCollaborate with Data Scientist to build and own data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, versioning, and labelling.\n\nEnsure robust, reproducible data loops to power iterative development.\n\nAI Workflow Design & Orchestration\nOrchestrate multiple models to deliver SOTA results.\n\nPartner with Production team, Software Engineers to bring AI solutions into real-world products.\n\nArchitect and orchestrate multi-model agentic workflows (function calling, tool usage, RAG, and code interpreters) and integrate them into production systems\n\nLeadership\nProvide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.\n\nQualifications:\nRequired:\nMaster’s or Ph.D in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or other related technical disciplines.\n\nStrong programming skills within one or more of these development languages - C / C++ / R / Java / Python\n\nAdvanced understanding of LLM and VLM architecture, post-training methods (fine-tuning, RL), and evaluation pipelines\n\nExperience in data and system engineering for large-scale model workflows\n\nProven experience with deep learning frameworks and usage of DL libraries (TensorFlow/PyTorch)\n\nFluent with at least one of the following tools: Cursor, Windsurf, Trae, Gemini CLI, Claude Code, or Codex (or similar)\n\nExperience in applying, fine-tune, optimize and deploy LLMs to industrial-level real user case is a plus\n\nPassion and aptitude for programming and technology\n\nEnthusiasm for analytical and problem-solving challenges\n\nStrong enterprise project experience with Machine Learning and AI\n\nAbility to define and manage project deadlines and balance workloads across a wide variety of projects.\n\nEffective communication skills to keep all stakeholders regularly informed on progress.\n\nEnthusiastic attitude towards learning and flexibility to adapt to new challenges or changes in direction.\n\nBenefits:\n13-months Annual Base Salary and performance bonus\n\nFlexible Hybrid Work Model\n\nComprehensive Personal and Family Healthcare\n\nOnsite Wellness & Recreation Corner\n\nFun Employee Engagement & Sustainable Activities\n\nFamily Leave for employees\n\nOur Hiring Process\nAt Viridien, we are committed to delivering a respectful, inclusive, and transparent recruitment experience.\nDue to the high volume of applications we receive, we may not be able to provide individual feedback to every applicant.
