While our laboratories drive scientific excellence, our finance teams ensure the business behind them runs efficiently and sustainably.\nTasks\nSupport the Team Lead Accounting Italy in the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure smooth, reliable financial processes. \nManage the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and payment processing. \nPrepare and support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings in accordance with Italian accounting standards. \nDrive the continuous improvement, standardization, and digitalization of accounting processes. \nWork confidently with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and contribute to its ongoing optimization. \nTransform accounting processes from reactive, ad hoc solutions into structured, scalable, and repeatable workflows. \nCollaborate closely with the Group Finance team at our headquarters in Vienna as well as colleagues across our international subsidiaries. \nSupport tax audits and work closely with external tax advisors and auditors. \nParticipate in group-wide finance projects and accounting process harmonization initiatives.\nRequirements\nDegree or commercial qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a comparable field (e.g. Laurea in Economia, Ragioneria e Amministrazione). \nSeveral years of professional experience in accounting, ideally within an international company or group structure. \nStrong knowledge of Italian accounting principles and relevant tax regulations. \nExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage. \nExcellent Microsoft Excel skills and a confident command of the Microsoft Office Suite. \nFluent English is essential for daily communication with our headquarters in Vienna. \nA structured, process-oriented, and hands-on approach to work. \nStrong analytical skills, initiative, and the confidence to improve existing processes. \nA collaborative mindset with excellent communication
