organizations and the populations they support.\nFor our client, we are looking for aSenior Data Engineer who combines strong technical expertise with ownership and sound engineering judgment.\nThis person should be able to design and build scalable, reliable data solutions while understanding the broader business objectives behind them.\nThey should be comfortable making architectural decisions, improving existing processes, identifying opportunities for automation, and driving technical initiatives from design through production.\nThe ideal candidate is collaborative, mentors other engineers through code reviews and technical guidance, and proactively identifies risks, performance improvements, and opportunities to modernize our client's data platform.\nWhat You’ll Do \nOwn complex technical projects with minimal direction.\n\nDesign scalable, maintainable, and well-documented data pipelines and models.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For \nMust-Have Experience\nAt least 5 years of relevant experience, but ideally 7 or more.\nRobust experience with Snowflake, including performance tuning and modern Snowflake capabilities.\nSolid experience building and maintaining ELT pipelines using dbt.\nExperience orchestrating data workflows using Apache Airflow or a similar orchestration platform.\nComfort creating reports and data visualizations in modern tools like Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI.\nStrong understanding of dimensional modeling, data warehousing, and analytics engineering best practices.\nNice-to-haves\nExperience designing and preparing scalable, high-quality data
