You’ll work closely with our founders to make sure customers embrace AI as a core part of their daily job.\nWe’re headquartered in Munich, with roots in San Francisco through Y Combinator.\nWhat you’ll do\nLead enterprise customers from contract signature through full-scale adoption, ensuring successful rollout and long-term expansion.\nWork directly with finance teams to redesign critical processes, embedding AI where it creates the most business value.\nPartner closely with customers to deeply understand their ERP environment, data structures, accounting workflows, and success metrics.\nServe as the bridge between customers and our engineering team - gathering requirements, translating feedback into product insights, and surfacing unmet needs.\nAnalyze AI performance using evals, with a strong affinity for SQL and working with complex, real-world customer data\nBuild playbooks, onboarding frameworks, and training materials to create a scalable foundation for customer success\nRequirements\nWhat we’re looking for\n2-3+ years in solution engineering, consulting, or forward deployed engineering with enterprise customers.\nExperience driving adoption of complex software, ideally AI-powered or automation platforms.
