This is an outcome-driven role, focused on momentum, clarity, and continuous improvement.\nKey Responsibilities\nInternal Operations & Delivery\nOwn and progress internal projects that improve how we operate as a business.\nAct as an extension of the Project Manager / Operations function.\nEnsure work streams always have a clear next action, owner, and timeline.\nIdentify blockers early and drive resolution.\nTicket & Workflow Management\nOversee ticket queues and ensure tickets are actively progressing.\nChase updates, escalate where required, and prevent stagnation.\nEnsure priority issues and uptime-related escalations are handled promptly.\nMaintain clarity between support work, project work, and internal initiatives. \nProcess & Continuous Improvement\nIdentify inefficiencies in systems, workflows, and ways of working.\nRecommend and help implement improvements, automation, or simplification.\nSupport documentation of processes so work is repeatable and scalable.\nAsk “how could this be done better, slicker or more efficiently?”.\nStakeholder Coordination\nCoordinate between technical staff, project managers, and leadership.\nSupport communication around status, risks, and progress.\nHelp bring structure and follow-through to internal initiatives.\nRequirements\nEssential\nExperience working in an MSP, IT services company, or similar tech environment.\nStrong understanding of how ticket systems, projects, and support teams operate.\nHighly organised with excellent follow-through.\nNaturally proactive - sees what needs doing and gets on with it.\nComfortable managing multiple moving parts.\nOutcome-focused: cares more about progress than activity.\nDesirable\nExperience with tools such as PSA/ticketing systems (e.g. Autotask, Halo, ServiceNow, Zendesk, Jira, Monday, etc.).\nExposure to internal improvement projects or operational roles.\nInterest in automation, process optimisation, or systems thinking.\nWhat This Role Is Not\nNot a technical engineer role.\nNot purely admin or note-taking.\nNot reactive order-taking.\nThis is a delivery and momentum role - someone who keeps things moving and improves the way the business runs.\nWhy This Role Matters\nAs we scale, internal friction becomes the biggest risk.
