It the expertise and personal attention of an independent roaster with the capacity and flexibility to support businesses of all sizes.About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Business Development Admin to support our B2B sales pipeline. In this role, you will build and maintain high-quality lead lists, manage CRM data integrity, submit vendor forms, and support outreach efforts through HubSpot. This is a part-time position starting at 24 hours a week, and requires availability during US Eastern Time Zone hours. Hours & Availability 24 hours per week Available to work at least 12 hours per week during Eastern Time Zone business hours\nKey\nResponsibilities Research and compile targeted lists of prospective B2B companies aligned with our ideal customer profile Manage Sales KPIs and Reporting including: Qualified Pipeline Advancement Rate (%) alongside Qualified Pipeline Value ($) and New B2B Revenue ($) on our monthly KPI scorecard. Manage and update the CRM database to reflect outreach status tracking whether contacts have been actioned by the sales team or are still pending Build the top of the funnel - Research and set up targeted outreach sequences in HubSpot, and keep contact records accurate and enriched so the pipeline starts clean. Assist with ongoing CRM management: updating contact records, enriching profiles, and maintaining data hygiene Support in ad-hoc sales tasks Skills & Experience 2-3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development Proficiency with HubSpot, sequencing, outreach, and CRM hygiene. Hands-on experience with lead generation and contact discovery tools (e.g., Clay, Apollo.io, Listly, or similar) Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data quality and accuracy Self-starter with the ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines Nice to Have Experience working with remote or distributed sales teams Familiarity with B2B vendor portals and procurement processes Experience working with food and beverage/CPG companies, food service, hospitality, office coffee or similar buyers on the US East Coast.
