is a remote position.\nThe client also expressed interest in potentially hiring a separate Web/Figma Designer.\nThis should ideally be treated as a separate position/resource rather than a core responsibility of the video editor.\nPotential future responsibilities may include:\nWebsite design\nUI design\nFigma\nWebsite layouts\nBrand-to-website implementation\nCollaboration with developers\nDesigning interfaces that integrate with AI development tools\nExperience working with developers and Figma is highly desirable for this separate role.\nCommunication Tools\nThe client uses Slack and is comfortable communicating through Slack.\nIf multiple VAs are eventually hired-for example, a video editor and a logo designer-Nalo Seed is open to creating a shared Slack channel so team members supporting the same client can coordinate.\nWorking Hours & Availability\nInitial commitment:\n10 hours per week\nThe client expects the workload to potentially increase as the agency acquires more clients.\nThe goal of hiring is not simply to delegate existing work-it is to increase the agency's capacity to accept additional clients and sell additional services.\nTime Zone:\nThe client is based in Texas, USA.\nShe does not require the VA to work the entire US business day.\nHowever, she would prefer approximately 1-2 hours of daily overlap for communication, feedback, and project coordination.\nThe remainder of the VA's hours can be flexible.\nPortfolio Requirements:\nPortfolio/Sample works are extremely important for this role.","description_format":"text","description_chars":1511,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"United
