If you're ready to hold your team and yourself to a high standard and shape the future of creative work at VI - not just manage it - we want to hear from you.\nWhat you will do:\nLead the Digital Creative Unit, both professionally and as their manager - fostering the growth of the team and individual talents\nShape how the team works with AI - bring your own point of view on pace and direction, and help the team use it to sharpen their craft\nDevelop strong creative ideas, shape them further, and lead the team in bringing them to life\nWork closely with the Brand Strategy Unit to build your creative process on solid strategic foundations\nBring deep expertise in social media and digital advertising, strong visual design skills, and the ability to challenge concepters and designers on their craft\nUnderstand and lead the full creative process, from concept through production to go-live\nStay hands-on when needed - you're happy to roll up your sleeves and produce ad materials or videos yourself\nSet clear expectations and hold your ground in conflicts when needed\nConvincingly present creative concepts to existing and potential clients, communicating the value and impact of the ideas\nRequirements\nWhat we expect:\nExperience as Creative Director, Head of Digital, Creative Strategist or similar, in a digital agency environment with a focus on digital marketing and communication\nA genuine point of view on AI and how it changes creative work\nA proven track record of strong, boundary-pushing creative thinking, paired with clear strategic reasoning\nExceptional communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team\nConflict ability - you can name expectations clearly and stand by them\nLeadership experience is a strong plus\nFluent German and English is required;
