throughout the recruitment process\n\nCommunicate updates clearly with the internal team\n\nHelp manage a high-volume recruiting pipeline\n\nRequirements\nPrevious recruiting, staffing, call center, or customer service experience preferred\n\nStrong English communication skills\n\nClear and professional speaking voice\n\nComfortable working U.S. business hours\n\nComfortable making outbound calls daily\n\nOrganized and detail-oriented\n\nAble to handle a high volume of candidates\n\nReliable internet connection and quiet work environment\n\nExperience using ATS, CRM, spreadsheets, or scheduling tools is a plus\n\nIdeal Candidate\nYou would be a strong fit if you:\nCan speak clearly with U.S.-based candidates\n\nAre confident making phone calls\n\nCan work quickly without losing
