This role plays a critical part in maintaining financial integrity, internal control compliance, and positive stakeholder relationships across the business.\nJob Responsibilities\nInvoice Processing & Expense Management\nProcess non-stock, service, and CAPEX invoices accurately in line with accounts payable procedures\nPerform general accounts payable activities including invoice coding, validation, posting, and payment preparation\nProcess staff expenses, payment reimbursements, and employee expense claims in a timely manner\nProcess shipping invoices and upload payment journals\nManage stock invoices including 3-way matching and variance investigation for price and quantity when required\nVendor Management & Reconciliations\nPrepare and execute regular payment runs\nPerform complete vendor statement reconciliations and resolve balance discrepancies\nSet up new vendor profiles in SAP and verify local vendor details using EFTSure\nRespond promptly to vendor and internal stakeholder enquiries regarding payments and invoices\nInvestigate and resolve missing approvals, coding issues, and other invoice exceptions\nCompliance & Administration\nReview invoices to ensure strict adherence to Delegation of Authority requirements\nManage the accounts payable inbox efficiently\nProvide support to team members and complete general administrative tasks including filing and document uploads\nRequirements\nMinimum 5 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role\nStrong hands-on proficiency with SAP accounts payable software\nCompetent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook\nSolid understanding of non-stock and service invoices, CAPEX transactions, and employee expense claims\nProven ability to follow internal approval controls and Delegation of Authority requirements\nExceptional attention to detail and high numerical accuracy\nExcellent time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities\nNice-to-Have Skills\nExperience working within the retail sector or a high-volume commercial environment\nExperience using EFTSure for vendor onboarding and verification\nFamiliarity with 3-way matching for stock
