Design\nDesign, develop, and deploy a secure, multi-tenant intelligence architecture from scratch \nOwn everything from foundational data pipelines to final LLM integrations \nReview current design documentation, identify technical blind spots, and push back on inefficient approaches to shape the long-term technology roadmap \nAct as a strategic technical partner to leadership by actively challenging existing designs to ensure the safest and most scalable approach \nData Engineering and Pipelines\nConnect disparate and inconsistent client systems including CRMs, ad platform APIs, web analytics, and manual spreadsheets \nTransform unstructured information into clean and usable data models \nExecute heavy data engineering to normalise inputs before layering on advanced AI workflows \nAI Integration and Workflows\nBuild production-ready workflows using Anthropic Claude within the Microsoft 365 and Asana ecosystems \nEnsure all AI outputs are highly accurate, context-aware, and traceable to their exact source \nDevelop interfaces and processes that require human approval for all AI-generated outputs before they reach the end client \nSecurity and Governance\nEngineer strict access controls ensuring all client data is completely separated \nMaintain read-only system access and minimise personal identifiable information in strict compliance with privacy regulations \nTreat data governance, auditability, and traceability as foundational system requirements rather than afterthoughts \nRequirements\nExtensive, hands-on experience in Data Engineering, including ETL/ELT, managing APIs, extracting data from CRMs, and cleaning unstructured data \nProven track record in Systems Architecture, specifically designing isolated, multi-tenant databases with strict security and governance protocols \nReal-world, production-level experience building and deploying LLM applications such as Claude, OpenAI, RAG pipelines, or agentic workflows \nDeep understanding of data privacy laws, PII minimisation, and auditable data practices \nAbility to confidently transition between high-level architectural strategy and hands-on coding on a daily basis\nNice-to-Have Skills\nExperience building and integrating within the Microsoft 365 and Asana ecosystems \nPrior exposure to marketing technology, ad network APIs including Google and Meta, or sales CRMs \nFamiliarity with building
