complex technical issues including application performance and production defects \nWork independently on complex and business-critical development assignments \nCollaboration and Delivery\nTake ownership of assigned tasks to ensure high-quality solutions are delivered within agreed project timelines \nParticipate in the full software development lifecycle including testing, deployment, and ongoing support \nCollaborate closely with Solutions Architects, developers, business analysts, and testers to achieve successful project outcomes\nRequirements\nMinimum 5 years of professional software development experience \nSubstantial hands-on experience developing and maintaining Ruby on Rails applications \nStrong backend development expertise including application architecture and database design \nStrong experience with PostgreSQL including database queries and performance optimisation \nExperience designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services \nUnderstanding of secure software development practices within regulated environments\nNice-to-Have Skills\nExperience with frontend technologies including React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS \nFamiliarity with Git, AWS, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Yarn, Node.js, Webpack, Vue.js, and Unix shell scripting \nExperience working with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices \nPrevious
