The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end HR activities including payroll, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, employee engagement, vendor coordination, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and employment laws.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Payroll Management\nProcess and administer monthly payroll accurately and on time.\nMaintain employee records, leaves, and attendance data.\nEnsure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, TDS, etc.\n2. Recruitment & Staffing\nCoordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.\nPost job openings, screen resumes, schedule and conduct interviews.\nManage the offer process and coordinate with selected candidates.\n3. Onboarding & Offboarding\nFacilitate smooth onboarding of new hires including documentation, induction, and orientation.\nEnsure all exit formalities are completed efficiently including clearance and exit interviews.\n4. Employee Engagement\nPlan and execute engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and employee welfare programs.\nAct as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.\nSupport the development of a positive workplace culture.\n5. Vendor Management\nLiaise with external vendors.\nEvaluate vendor performance and manage contracts.\n6.
