But what truly sets us apart is our culture - relentless about results, grounded in transparency, and driven by compassion for the mission and the people it serves.\nIf you’re motivated by impact, inspired by technical depth, and ready to build AI that performs where it matters most - you’ll find your mission here.\nOur team is excited to find our next QA Tester to join the company.\nWhat you will be doing:\nIdentify, log, track, and report software defects.\n\nManually test applications, bug fixes, and new features from the team of developers.\n\nWork with Product stakeholders and Dev to resolve bugs as they are discovered.\n\nTroubleshoot and assist in the diagnosis of unintended results from testing.\n\nDocument all QA work thoroughly and accurately.\n\nExecute Quality Assurance (QA) test plans, test scenarios, test suites and test cases.\n\nMaintain test data sets.\n\nEffectively communicate software concerns to management and stakeholders of a feature's progress\n\nWhat we are looking for:\n3+ years’ experience in a Quality role.\n\nSecret/Secret+ clearance\n\nLocal to DC area\n\nDemonstrated ability to execute and improve upon existing QA processes.\n\nExperience with Python, Playwright.\n\nExperience testing Web applications.\n\nExperience using defect tracking solutions.\n\nExcellent written & verbal communication skills.\n\nPrior experience reviewing code.\n\nWorking knowledge of Confluence, JIRA.\n\nAble to operate in a highly collaborative connected environment.\n\nWhat are our preferred requirements:\nA bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar technical discipline.\n\nExperience with LLMs.\n\nStrong UX and design sensibilities.\n\nCompetency in Windows, Mac, and Linux environments.\n\nWhat are some valued skills:\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to collaborate with people.\n\nPositive attitude towards learning new skills.\n\nTeam player.\n\nCapabilities of working independently, self-motivated and dependable, reliable and highly accountable.\n\nExcellent attention to detail.\n\nWhat we offer you\nAt Virtualitics, you’ll join a high-performance team of scientists, strategists, and servicemembers building AI that operates in the world’s most demanding environments.
