This role is a great fit for someone who's ready to get hands-on with the product, lead a team and grow quickly alongside our customers and team.\n Customer Engagement: Communicate effectively with Technical Points of Contact (TPOCs), building trust and acting as a technical advisor to guide customers toward achieving their mission-critical objectives.\nPre-Sales Support: Partner with Account Executives to deliver compelling product demonstrations, respond to RFPs, and craft technical responses to customer inquiries.\nCustom Demo Building: Build and tweak custom, targeted demos for prospective and existing clients using Python.\n Containerized Environments: Work with our containerized (Kubernetes) architecture, understanding how models are packaged and run consistently whether deployed on-prem or in the cloud.\nCloud Staging and Delivery: Build and maintain cloud staging environments used for client demos; push PRs as part of demo and integration work.\nTechnical Strategy Development: Define technical strategies for customer engagements, ensuring scalability and alignment with organizational goals.\nStakeholder Engagement: Act as a bridge between customer stakeholders and internal teams, translating business needs into technical requirements.\nArchitecture Design and Review: Support the development and review of technical architectures that align with customer requirements and industry best practices.\nTechnical Risk Management: Identify technical risks in customer engagements and help propose mitigation strategies.\nNatSec Integrations: Support integration work involving national security systems and environments.\n Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to create technical collateral and align customer feedback with product roadmaps.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nActive DoD SECRET clearance.\n5 - 8+ years of experience in a solutions architecture or solutions-architecture-adjacent role.
