Our team is actively refining agentic workflows, composable AI agents, and generative interfaces to replace static dashboards with dynamic, conversational intelligence.\nThe Role\nYou will work closely with cross-functional peers to drive product direction while ensuring day-to-day operational efficiency from the product development team. You will work with the engineering and AI team to make architecture decisions, scope sprints, run demos, and pressure-test trade-offs in real time. The product serves two audiences: DoD operators and delivery teams (data scientists, engineers, partner integrators) who configure and maintain deployments of Virtualitics’ product offering.\nResponsibilities\nOwn your product deployment end-to-end: requirements, backlog, sprint planning, scope decisions, releases, and outcomes.\n\nDrive technical decisions with engineering: architecture, feasibility, trade-offs. Challenge estimates that don't add up.\n\nBridge users and engineers: translate operational readiness problems into product requirements through direct user research. You’ll be hands on with real users.\n\nShape platform evolution: R&D work across data ontology management, agent orchestration (MCP/A2A), generative interfaces.\n\nSupport delivery operations: ensure the product reduces manual effort across contract types and deployment models.\n\nCommunicate clearly: executive briefings, demos, PRDs, strategic docs, cross-functional alignment. You are the connective tissue.\n\nQualifications\nUS Citizen with active Secret (or above) DoW clearance (or ability to obtain quickly)\n\nCS degree (or equivalent technical degree) or 1-2 years of software engineering experience\n\n4+ years of product management or software engineering experience shipping software in agile environments\n\nComfortable reading code, reviewing architecture, and holding your own in technical discussions\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication.\n\nPreferred:\nExperience with AI/ML products, defense/government tech, or classified environments (SIPR/NIPR)\n\nStartup experience, especially navigating the scalability and automation phase\n\nPlatform product experience: technical interfaces (APIs, SDKs) alongside standard web applications\n\nCompensation\nCompetitive salary, equity, and performance bonus\n\nMedical, dental, vision.
