construction plans and unit matrices daily to calculate labor requirements and build standardized proposals in Excel. \nSubmit bids through the company CRM and follow up with clients to confirm receipt and address project scope requirements. \nConduct daily morning check-ins with field crews in Spanish to verify attendance, readiness, and compliance with project scopes. \nCommunicate directly with construction project managers and superintendents in English to relay field instructions and resolve quality concerns. \nCoordinate remote crew staffing adjustments, resolve site complaints, and order job site supplies or required PPE. \nAssist the Director of Operations with new project startups across concurrent active job sites. \nRequirements\nFluent bilingual English and Spanish communication skills (verbal and written). \nProfessional background in property management, home services, janitorial/cleaning services, or labor-based operational environments preferred. \nStrong organizational skills with proven experience coordinating multiple active projects and field teams simultaneously. \nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PDF plan viewers, and CRM software. \nComfortable working with basic arithmetic, estimating formulas, and structured SOPs. \nStrong problem-solving abilities, professional demeanor when handling client concerns, and
