notices, and supporting legal pleadings. \nMonitor court dockets, statutory filing deadlines, and scheduled probate hearings. \nMaintain consistent communication with personal representatives, executors, and beneficiaries regarding case status, documentation requests, and next steps. \nRespond to client inquiries, provide regular matter updates, and coordinate with attorneys on substantive legal issues. \nTrack billable and non-billable time accurately within firm practice systems. \nOrganize electronic case files, manage task workflows, and log follow-up actions systematically. \nRequirements\nProven experience working as a Probate Paralegal within U.S. probate law and estate administration. \nDemonstrated ability to complete and submit state-specific probate court forms and pleadings independently. \nProficiency with legal practice management platforms (Lawcus), scheduling software (Acuity), Google Workspace (Gmail), and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). \nStrong
