The successful candidate will qualify prospects, handle basic objections, and book qualified appointments directly into the CRM.\nWhen inbound lead flow slows down, the role will shift toward outbound follow-up activities, including re-engaging aged homeowner databases and following up with no-show appointments.\nThe ideal candidate is warm, articulate, resilient, and highly comfortable speaking with US-based customers throughout the day.\nRequirementsKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nContact warm inbound leads who have shown interest in solar products and services\n• Qualify homeowners against company criteria\n• Handle basic objections professionally and confidently\n• Schedule qualified in-person appointments within the CRM\n• Conduct outbound follow-up calls to aged homeowner lists\n• Re-engage missed or no-show appointments\n• Maintain accurate CRM notes and lead statuses\n• Meet daily and monthly appointment-setting targets\n• Deliver a high-energy, professional customer experience on every call\n• Work collaboratively with the US-based sales team\n\nREQUIREMENTS\nPrevious appointment-setting, telesales, cold-calling, or SDR experience\n• Prior solar industry experience highly preferred\n• Experience within adjacent industries such as insurance, mortgage, home services, HVAC, roofing, or real estate cold calling is advantageous\n• Strong verbal communication skills with fluent English\n• Neutral or near-neutral accent suitable for US customers\n• Friendly, confident, and conversational phone manner\n• Emotionally resilient and comfortable handling rejection\n•
