This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you will contribute to application development while providing technical direction, mentoring developers, and taking ownership of end-to-end technical deliverables.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java Full Stack applications.\n\n- Develop robust backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.\n\n- Build modern, responsive, and reusable frontend applications using React.js.\n\n- Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate backend services with frontend applications.\n\n- Work with SQL databases, including query development, optimization, and troubleshooting.\n\n- Develop, deploy, and support applications using Microsoft Azure.\n\n- Lead technical implementation, conduct code reviews, and mentor developers.\n\n- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, QA, and DevOps stakeholders.\n\nTechnical Stack : \n\n- Backend : Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, RESTful APIs\n\n- Frontend : React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5/CSS3\n\n- Cloud : Microsoft Azure\n\n- Database : SQL\n\n- Practices : Git, CI/CD, Agile/Scrum\n\nCandidate Expectations : \n\n- 7 -
